The Best Baklava in Amsterdam

Yesterday, I had the best baklava ever. Well, the best in Amsterdam. We went for dinner in the bazar, a renovated church turned into restaurant, serving food from North-Africa and the Middle-East - most of the dishes were Moroccan or Turkish though. The winelist was limited, but included Turkish and Moroccan wines, which I had never tasted before. The Turkish ones lost flavour after only 3 secs (in my opinion at least), the Moroccan one was interesting; heavy, spicy, felt like it was old, but it was in fact only from 2005. Next to the food, the nice interior, the excellent baklava, and some interesting choices in wine, the bazar also offers the opportunity to have slightly confusing conversations on kayaking and interesting discussions on why Californians are some of the most "normal" Americans in the US...
