Last Week in Amsterdam Series: Transformers

I have to admit it, I used to be such a big fan of Transformers when I was young. Now, unfortunately, the series wasn't available on Dutch TV. The only place to see them was on the BBC. So, I can still remember that every saturday morning - early saturday morning - I got in front of the TV to see the shows. I mean which young kid can't resist huge robots, with big guns, that can turn into cars? So cool!

Last night I went to see the movie. I rather liked, well, I liked it untill the part where they get to Hoover dam (it's before the "big" fighting scenes start). It became a bit much for me after that, felt a bit like watching the hulk. Still, the scenes before that were great though. I also rather liked some of the humour involved. If you've seen the film then you probably know what I mean - the little killer nokia phone - just hillarious. Good memories :)
