Yet!
Rio de Janeiro. After all the horror stories, I wasn´t quite sure what to expect. Between the storries of muggings, flooding, shoeshine tricks and organ harvesting (;) I was prepared for the worst. I was positively suprprised though. Yes, there are no-go zones. And at night it is better to take taxi. In other words, it felt just like any other major city in Latin America: big, crowded, noisy, polluted. But, with a beach!!! And Caipirinha´s!!!
Didn´t bring my nikon with me for this trip. After lugging it around on my previous travels, I wanted to try something else (it is a big camera). So... on this trip only a tiny canon ixus. Am wondering about the quality of the shots though. If I like them, I will continue to use the canon in the future. It is soooo much simpler.
